Katko Oy has moved to new premises on 18.11.2019. The new premises are located in Konala industrial area in Helsinki, close to the old Vantaa factory.
“The increased capacity in the new premises allow us to better respond to our growing customer demand. Also, it was important for us as an employer to find a location near by our previous location to minimize our employees’ commute”, Katko’s COO Markus Hyryläinen comments about the execution of the project.
Katko is a Finnish Electrical Component Manufacturer with a long history in the industry. Now after 47 years it has moved back to its original home city, Helsinki.
The operational space grew by 70 percent and there are further possibilities for additional space in the new facility.
Throughout 2020 a number of stakeholder events will be organized in the new premises.
