KATKO Strengthens Presence in Sweden: Kim Rannanjärvi Appointed Sales Manager

We are pleased to announce that Kim Rannanjärvi has been appointed as Sales Manager for KATKO in Sweden, effective October 1, 2025. This newly created role within KATKO’s commercial organization marks an important step in strengthening our market presence in Sweden and enhancing the support and service we provide to our existing customers, partners and the whole distribution network.

 

Kim brings over 18 years of extensive experience in technical sales and product management across the Nordic region. He spent the past 14 years with Axjo Kabel AB / Nexans in Sweden, including 10 years as Product Manager and Country Lead for Nexans’ heating cable brand across the Nordic countries. Kim holds a Sales Engineer Diploma from Mölnlycke Sales Academy, an institution renowned for combining technical expertise with advanced sales capabilities.

KATKO has operated in the Swedish market since the 1960s and has seen steady growth in key sectors through strong collaboration with distributors and partners.

In his new role, Kim will report to Sami Kokkomäki, Area Director for Western Europe & Americas, and will be based in Borås, Sweden.
